1. Scope & Updates
All conditions detailed below are subject to change without prior notice and apply only to products purchased online at www.kimandkarter.in. These terms do not apply to products purchased at our physical stores.  

Occasionally, information on our site or in the Terms of Service may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions related to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, shipping charges, transit times, or availability. We reserve the right to correct such errors, update information, or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted your order.

 

2. Delivery Delays
Kim and Karter is not liable for any delays in product or service delivery beyond the originally committed delivery date.

 

3. Order Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel an order due to:

• Unavailability of the originally committed product or service

• Inability to deliver the product or service for any reason 

• In the event of such a cancellation, we will refund the deposit amount paid via wire transfer. Kim and Karter is not liable for any other compensation beyond refunding the deposit.

 

4. Order Proof
We strongly recommend all clients take a video proof of opening their order. This serves as proof in case of any claims or investigations.
